Easter Delivery Information

For delivery before the bank holiday: 

• For DPD Next Day*: Order before 1pm on Wednesday 1st April, for delivery on Thursday 2nd April.
• For DPD 2-day: Order before 1pm on Tuesday 31st March for delivery on Thursday 2nd April.
• For DPD Saturday*: Order before 1pm on Friday 27th March for delivery on Saturday 28th March. There will be no deliveries on Saturday 3rd April.
  

For delivery post-bank holiday: 

• Orders placed after 1pm Wednesday 1st April will be shipped from Tuesday 7th April. 
• Orders placed after 1pm Saturday 4th April will be shipped from Wednesday 8th April.

We will do our best to ship as much as we can between Monday 30th March and Thursday 9th April; we are capped on what we can send by the courier, so please allow a bit longer for delivery.

Please note, Natural Instinct will be closed on Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April, resuming as normal on Tuesday 7th April 2026. There will be no deliveries whilst Natural Instinct is closed, and we recommend allowing a bit longer for delivery over the bank holiday.
