Bank Holiday Delivery Information

Plan Ahead to Avoid Delays

Due to Monday 25th May being a bank holiday, our shipping service has changed.

We will be shipping as usual leading up to the bank holiday, but as we anticipate an increase in orders we have reserved a small amount of capacity for shipping on Monday 25th for delivery on Tuesday 26th. This is for any orders placed on Saturday after cut off. Our first official shipping day following the bank holiday is Tuesday 26th.

Need a top up? Place your order as early as possible this week and next week. Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

We expect larger order volumes, and couriers have more parcels to deliver, so delays are expected during the next 2 weeks. Please keep an eye out for your shipping notifications for dispatch and delivery updates.

Normal shipping returns from Tuesday 26th May for delivery on Wednesday 27th onward.

Click and collect will not be available on Monday 25th May, however we will be open on Saturday 23rd May if you need to collect before the bank holiday.
