Plan Ahead to Avoid Delays

Due to Monday 31st August being a bank holiday, our shipping service has changed.

Usually we do not ship on bank holidays, but we have been granted a small amount of courier spaces for despatch on 31st August.

As always, shipping is allocated on a first come, first served basis. And now you can order in advance, and select your desired dispatch date at the checkout. We recommend you order as early as possible, as we anticipate courier capacities to fill quickly.

Our first official shipping day following the bank holiday is Tuesday 1st September.

We expect larger order volumes, and couriers have more parcels to deliver, so some delays are expected. We ship our products in thermal packaging with dry ice, so products will remain frozen even if delayed by a day. Please keep an eye out for your shipping notifications for dispatch and delivery updates.

Click and collect will not be available on Monday 31st August, however we will be open on Saturday 29th August if you need to collect before the bank holiday.
