Christmas Delivery Information

Next Day delivery – Pre Christmas (England & Wales)*

• For delivery before Christmas, we recommend that you place your order the week commencing 16th December.
• For deliveries on Saturday 21st December, please order before 1pm Friday 20th December for a Saturday delivery service.
• Please order before 1pm Monday 23rd December for delivery on Tuesday 24th December, this is the last delivery date before Christmas.

Next Day delivery – Post Christmas/Pre New Year (England & Wales)*

• Orders placed after 1pm Monday 23rd December will be dispatched from Sunday 29th December. We will endeavour to deliver your order on Monday 30th December or Tuesday 31st December.
• For deliveries on Saturday 28th December, please order before 1pm Friday 27th December for a Saturday delivery service.
• Please order before 1pm Monday 30th December for delivery on Tuesday 31st December, this is the last delivery date before the New Year.
• Orders placed after 1pm Monday 30th December will be dispatched from Thursday 2nd January.

DPD 2 Day (Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands)*

• Please order before 1pm Monday 16th December for delivery the same week.
• For the Scottish Highlands, please order before 1pm Friday 27th December and we will endeavour to deliver your order by 31st December. For Jersey & Guernsey your order will be dispatched in the new year.

*Please note that we will endeavour to ship all orders within the time frame above, but due to DPD shipping limitations during the festive season, we may be capped on what we can send per day. If we can't ship your order, rest assured that it will be held in our freezers overnight and shipped as soon as possible. Postcode exclusions may apply. There will be no deliveries whilst Natural Instinct is closed, and we recommend allowing a bit longer for delivery over the Christmas period. 

Deliveries return to normal from Thursday 2nd January 2025, except for deliveries in Scotland as there is a Scottish Bank Holiday.
