Returns & Refunds Policy

  • In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our products please contact the Customer and Sales Support Team within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
  • We cannot accept any returns as the food has to remain frozen during transit; you will either be asked to dispose of the product or donate the unwanted products to an animal charity if safe to do so.
  • We are unable to issue any refunds if your dog and/or cat does not like the product.
  • If you have purchased from a third party stockist then you must contact the stockist and refer to their returns policy.
  • Refunds issued by us will arrive in your bank account within 3-5 business days of the refund being made.
