New packaging, same great recipes.
We're moving from open trays to fully sealed tubs. Same great recipes your dog already loves, now protected by packaging that keeps them fresher for longer, with a lot less plastic.
Why we're changing
Our old trays did the job, but they used more material than they needed to, and an open lid left room for air to get in during freezing, defrosting and storage. Customers asked for packaging that was lighter on the planet and better at protecting freshness, so we redesigned the tub from the ground up to do both at once, without touching the recipe inside.
What's new
Three changes, one goal: fresher food, less waste.
1. Less plastic
Every tub uses more than 50% less plastic than our previous tray, we've cut the material without cutting the protection or quality your dog's food needs.
2. Fully sealed
The new design seals the tub completely, so nothing gets in or
out until you open it:
- Freshness locked in for longer, from dispatch to defrost
- No oxidisation on defrost, same colour, same quality, every time
- Less moisture loss, so texture stays natural instead of drying out or freezer-burning
3. Shatter-proof
The new material is far tougher than our old packaging, cutting the risk of damage or breakage in handling, transit and storage, so more of what we send arrives exactly as it should.
What this means for you
Right now
Old and new packaging, side by side. We're rolling the new tubs out gradually, so for a while you might receive the old tray, the new tub, or both in the same order.
Inside every pack
Same recipe, no matter the packaging. Whichever version lands on your doorstep, the recipe your dog already knows and loves hasn't changed at all, only the packaging around it has.
Once the switch is complete
Every order arrives in the new tub. Once the transition finishes, all orders will ship in the fully sealed tub as standard.

No, if anything, the opposite. Despite using less material, the new tub is fully sealed and shatter-proof, so it's more protective than the old tray, not less.
